PRE-RESERVATION
14.1 PRE-RESERVATION SYSTEM
Before going to Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport to catch a flight from the terminals of the said airports, the Customer can contact the Seller's Customer Service (whose contact details are provided in Article 11 of the T&Cs) to pre-reserve the Goods sold in the Seller's Shops. When contacting the Seller's Customer Service, the Seller will inform the Customer about the Goods available in the Shops and will carry out the pre-reservation. During this contact, the Customer must provide the Seller with the date, time, and flight number for their departure from the terminals at Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports. If the Customer does not receive a response regarding the availability of the Goods during the contact attempt, the pre-reservation will be considered unconfirmed. If there is a change in the date, time, or flight number for the Customer's departure from the terminals of Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports, the Customer must inform the Seller as soon as possible.
If the Customer does not visit the Shops on the day of their flight as communicated to the Seller, the Seller may cancel the pre-reservation. If a remote payment (total or partial) has been made, the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible to the bank account used for payment. The pre-reservation service provided by the Seller is free of charge. This service is only available to Customers flying from the terminals of Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports. The pre-reservation service is not available for Customers returning to the terminals of Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports. The Seller reserves the right not to proceed with the pre-reservation or to cancel the pre-reservation of Goods for the Customer in the event of: (i) Suspected fraud or an attempt at fraudulent activity during the pre-reservation; (ii) Failure to present a valid boarding pass on the day of their visit to the Shop, and if eligible, the final destination justifies the application of the tax-free price for the Goods. It is specified that eligibility for the tax-free price is determined by the Seller in accordance with the applicable French legal and regulatory provisions; (iii) If the quantity of Goods pre-reserved is excessive and does not correspond to strictly personal use; (iv) Non-compliance with any of the prerequisites described in the introduction of the T&Cs.
14.2 PRE-RESERVATION WITH OR WITHOUT ADVANCE PAYMENT
Depending on the type of Goods and within the limits of available stock, the Customer can make pre-reservations with the Seller with advance payment (Article 14.2.1) or without advance payment (Article 14.2.2). For pre-reservations of the Goods identified in Article 14.2.1, the Customer must make the pre-reservation at least seven (7) working days before their visit to Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. For pre-reservations of the Goods identified in Article 14.2.1, the Customer must make the pre-reservation at least three (3) working days before their visit to Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
14.2.1 With Advance Payment
As part of the pre-reservation service offered by the Seller, for unique and/or exceptional items and/or unlisted Goods subject to a specific request from the Customer (including but not limited to grand cru wines, high jewelry pieces, specific sizes), the Customer must make a remote payment for the Goods before visiting Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. In this case, the payment will be made, at the Customer’s choice, either as a partial payment (in this case, the Customer must pay at least 50% of the price of the Goods, all taxes included, for a Customer not eligible for tax exemption according to French legal and regulatory provisions, or 50% of the price excluding taxes for a Customer eligible for tax exemption) or in full. To make the full or partial payment, the Customer must make a bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account details provided by the Seller, or via a secure payment link sent by the Seller through Voxpay. If the Customer does not make the full or partial payment on the same day of their pre-reservation, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the pre-reservation. It is reminded that the Seller accepts the above-mentioned payments within the limits of the applicable caps set by French legislation and regulations. In case of partial payment, the partial price of the Goods must be paid at the time of pre-reservation by the Customer. The Seller does not grant any delay or payment facility. Failure to make the partial payment at the time of pre-reservation will result in the pre-reservation being canceled by the Seller. In case of full payment, the full price of the Goods must be paid at the time of pre-reservation by the Customer. The Seller does not grant any delay or payment facility. Failure to make the full payment at the time of pre-reservation will result in the pre-reservation being canceled by the Seller. For payments made by bank transfer or through a payment link, the Customer is reminded that their bank may apply international banking fees. The Seller will not be responsible for these fees. Additionally, the Seller does not intervene in setting the exchange rate for bank transfer payments and no reimbursement can be requested from the Seller on this basis. Since the advance payment described in this Article 14.2.1 constitutes a distance sale, the Customer benefits from the right of withdrawal described in Article 14.3 of the T&Cs.
14.2.2 Without Advance Payment
As part of the pre-reservation service, for Goods of low value (expressly excluding the Goods identified in Article 14.2.1), the Customer can make the pre-reservation and pay for the pre-reserved Goods in the Shop during their visit to Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport on the day of their flight. It is specified that under this Article 14.2.2 of the T&Cs, no distance sale is carried out. Payment for the pre-reserved Goods by the Customer will take place, if the Customer wishes to buy them, in the Shop.
14.2.3 Cancellation of Pre-Reservation
Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal available to the Customer in the case of a distance purchase (as described in Article 14.3 of the T&Cs), the Customer is free to cancel their pre-reservation at any time. In this case, the Customer will be refunded by the Seller as soon as possible to the bank account used for the payment.
14.3 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw without providing a reason. The Customer can exercise this right within 14 (fourteen) days from the day after receiving the Goods of the order. The Customer can exercise their right of withdrawal by using the withdrawal form provided in Annex 1 of the T&Cs or by any other clear statement expressing their intention to withdraw. If the Customer wishes, and without this being mandatory, they can express their intention to withdraw by submitting the withdrawal form in person at the Seller's store (as presented in Annex 1 of the T&Cs). For convenience, the Customer can contact the Seller by reaching the Extime Duty Free Paris Customer Service at the following link: https://www.extimedutyfreeparis.com/hc/fr/articles/16172327364498. To ensure the withdrawal period is respected, the Customer only needs to transmit the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period. If the Customer wishes to return the Goods to the store: the Customer returns the Goods in new condition, in their original packaging, accompanied by a proof of the returned order amount (e.g., an email confirmation of the order or invoice). The Customer is informed that they must carry out this return without undue delay, and no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating their decision to withdraw. The costs of returning the Goods are borne by the Customer. Since the Customer is returning the Goods themselves to the store, no reimbursement of delivery costs for this return will be made by the Seller. If the Customer wishes to return the Goods by mail: the Customer returns the Goods to the address provided by the Seller following the withdrawal request. The Customer must return the Goods in new condition, in their original packaging, accompanied by a proof of the returned order amount (e.g., an email confirmation of the order or invoice). The Customer is informed that they must carry out this return without undue delay, and no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating their decision to withdraw. The direct costs of returning the Goods are borne by the Customer. The Customer is informed that in case of return from a non-EU country, customs fees will apply. Customs declarations and fees are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller will not accept any Goods for which customs fees remain unpaid. The Customer is informed that under Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders involving:

- The Seller will refund the Customer for the Goods returned under the right of withdrawal without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day the Seller is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The Seller will use the same method of payment as the one used by the Customer for the original transaction. However, the Seller may delay the refund until they have received the Goods back or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

The Seller is not responsible for purchases made by the Client (including, but not limited to, compliance with customs allowances), nor for the application of any customs duties or taxes that may be required in the transit country and upon arrival in the destination country.
